Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We proudly stand behind the quality of the products we carry, and your satisfaction is always our priority. If a product isn’t the right fit for you, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase for another item that better suits your needs.
Please note: we do not offer refunds, and all brushes and styling tools are final sale for health and safety reasons.
Timely Arrival
To ensure a relaxed and seamless experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. This allows time for parking and settling in so you can fully enjoy your visit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your suite owner may need to adjust the service or reschedule your appointment, which may result in the loss of your deposit. Should your studio owner be running behind by more than 15 minutes, every effort will be made by the individual professional to make your experience right.
Reservations & Deposits
Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and we truly value both your time and that of our artists at Jesi J Salon. Some studio owners may require a deposit at the time of booking.
We understand that life happens, and we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing for your appointment may result in a cancellation fee determined by your studio owner.
